Per the State of Missouri guidelines, all contractual agreements may be cancelled within ten business days of signing by simply submitting a certified letter to the address listed on the contract. This terminates the agreement and results in a full refund.

Other refund info: Integrity and quality are of paramount importance at Life Changer Fitness. We operate with the mindset that safety is first, followed closely by quality and results. Goals are identified during the consultation and physical assessment, and a full refund is granted if all sessions have been attended and results are not achieved. While this has never been an issue during our thirteen years in business, it is a policy that we employ in an effort to boost consumer confidence and to build trust. If a refund is requested, it must be submitted in writing, via certified mail with a full explanation of reasons for the request. Response to submitted request is promised within 14 days.

Other circumstances, save quality of work, may precipitate the need for a refund, such as a health change that renders the client unable to continue with the contractual obligations of the agreement. In this case, our contractual terms stipulate that any physical condition that results in the client being unable to perform and carry out the terms of the agreement for more than six consecutive months qualifies for a refund of the remaining unused portion of the service agreement. This request must be submitted in writing, via certified mail, and must include documentation from the clients physician explaining the client's condition and how continuing services might negatively affect them. A full refund is also granted if any employee of Life Changer Fitness is unable to fulfill the terms of the agreement for six months or more due to medical reasons.
